Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new brands for distribution to expand our portfolio.
  • Develop and grow sales channels for these brands in Czech Republic & Slovakia.
  • Build and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, e-commerce platforms, and business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with brand owners and distribution partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and product availability.
Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product, distribution or brand acquisition in consumer electronics in CZ and SK.
  • Proven experience in business development, channel expansion, and brand management.
  • Knowledge of the Czech & Slovak electronics markets and distribution networks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
  • Passion for technology and consumer electronics.

  • Build and maintain B2B partnerships – Connect with distributors and retailers across Europe
  • Negotiate & close deals – You’re the deal-maker, securing profitable contracts
  • Monitor market trends – Analyze customer demand, study of supply, economic factors on given markets
  • Represent Arleon at key industry events – Be the face of our business at exhibitions and client meetings
Your Profile:
  • You’re based in Prague or willing to relocate (EU work permit required)
  • You’re driven, competitive, and love a challenge
  • You’re a natural communicator & negotiator
  • You’re proactive & results-oriented
  • You’re not afraid of cold calls & initial outreach
  • You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • You speak fluent English, other European languages is an advantage
  • You can handle pressure & stay productive
